THINGS TO CONSIDER

• Applicant must be 18 years or older to submit a Rental Application
• Upon approval of the application, it is understood the contents of the Rental Application will become part of said lease
• Application is not considered complete without photo and proof of income
• Lease Length: 12 months
• Utilities Not Included: National Grid, Cable/Internet
• Renter’s insurance required
• Pet Policy: Small pets are permitted on a case-by-case basis with consideration to breed and interview. 
• Non-refundable fee per pet $250 with $100 additional monthly rent per pet.
