- Applicant must be 18 years or older to submit a Rental Application
- Upon approval of the application, it is understood the contents of the Rental Application will become part of said lease
- Application is not considered complete without photo and proof of income
- Lease Length: 12 months
- Utilities Not Included: National Grid, Cable/Internet
- Renter’s insurance required
- Pet Policy: Small pets are permitted on a case-by-case basis with consideration to breed and interview.
- Non-refundable fee per pet $250 with $50 additional monthly rent.
