Chris Patten resides in the beautiful town of Queensbury, New York, and has enjoyed living in the area his whole life.

Born and raised in South Glens Falls, Chris has a deep appreciation for the homeowners he works with and the land upon which they build. His personable demeanor establishes a confident, professional relationship with clients. While many of his projects are in the Glens Falls area, he has proudly served customers throughout the Region since 2010 having constructed over 70 homes.

Chris’s experience in the building industry started early as an apprentice to roofers, flooring contractors, plumbers and electricians. He works side-by-side with subcontractors and quickly identifies quality processes or remedies any concerns. His expectations are high on every aspect of a home’s construction and with his knowledge and experience, those who work with him respect his expectations and meet his standards.
